    Cookie Policy

This policy explains what cookies and similar technologies SalesFlow uses and how you can control them.

    Last updated: July 2, 2026

    What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember your actions and preferences (such as language, theme or login state) over time, so you don't have to re-enter them every time you return.

In addition to cookies, similar technologies such as localStorage and sessionStorage may be used for the same purposes. This policy applies to all such technologies.

    Essential cookies

Essential cookies are strictly necessary to provide SalesFlow. Without them, core features such as authentication, workspace switching and security would not work.

    Examples include:

    • Session and authentication tokens that keep you signed in securely.
    • CSRF protection identifiers.
    • Load-balancing and routing identifiers used by our hosting infrastructure.

Essential cookies do not require consent under GDPR because they are strictly necessary for the requested service.

    Functional cookies

Functional cookies remember choices you make to give you a more personalised experience:

    • Interface language (English or Hungarian).
    • Light or dark theme preference.
    • Recently viewed items and UI layout preferences.

These are stored locally in your browser and are not shared with third parties.

    Analytics cookies

SalesFlow currently does not use analytics cookies. We do not run third-party analytics trackers such as Google Analytics on the application.

If we introduce analytics in the future, we will do so only after obtaining your consent through a cookie banner, and this policy will be updated accordingly.

    Marketing cookies

SalesFlow currently does not use marketing or advertising cookies. We do not track you across other websites for advertising purposes.

If marketing cookies are introduced in the future, they will be enabled only with your explicit consent.

    Third-party services

SalesFlow relies on a small number of trusted infrastructure providers (for example, hosting, authentication and email delivery). These providers may set essential cookies strictly required to operate the service securely.

We do not embed third-party advertising, social media tracking pixels or cross-site trackers in the application.

    Managing cookies

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies for specific sites or all sites.

Please note that blocking essential cookies will prevent SalesFlow from functioning correctly — for example, you will not be able to stay signed in.

    Helpful guides for popular browsers:

    • Google Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data.
    • Mozilla Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data.
    • Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data.
    • Microsoft Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions.

    Cookie retention

Cookie retention periods vary by purpose:

    • Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser.
    • Authentication cookies typically last for the duration of your active session, with automatic refresh where enabled.
    • Preference cookies (language, theme) persist until you clear your browser storage or change the setting.
