Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SalesFlow platform provided by ConsultIT Services Kft. ("we", "us"). By creating an account, accessing or using SalesFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to both you and the organization.
Description of Service
SalesFlow is a cloud-based CRM and sales enablement platform that helps teams manage clients, opportunities, quotations, activities and related sales workflows.
We may add, modify or remove features at any time to improve the service. Where a change materially reduces functionality, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers in advance.
User Accounts
To use SalesFlow you must create an account with accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other suspected security incident.
Organization Responsibilities
Organizations using SalesFlow are responsible for the content their members upload and for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with applicable laws, including data protection laws.
The organization retains ownership of all customer data, contacts, opportunities, quotations and other content uploaded to SalesFlow. We process this content on the organization's behalf strictly to provide the service.
Organization administrators are responsible for managing team members, roles and access permissions within their workspace.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use SalesFlow for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose.
- Upload malicious code, viruses or content that infringes third-party rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, its infrastructure or other customers' data.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the platform other than as expressly permitted.
- Use the service to send unsolicited communications (spam) in violation of applicable law.
- Resell, sublicense or otherwise commercially exploit the service without our written consent.
Intellectual Property
SalesFlow, including its software, design, branding and documentation, is and remains the exclusive property of the provider and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except for the limited right to use the service in accordance with these Terms.
You retain all rights in and to the content you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process and display that content solely as required to provide the service to you.
Subscription & Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. Fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
We may update pricing from time to time. Price changes will not apply to your current billing period and we will provide reasonable prior notice before they take effect.
Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of your access.
Availability
We strive to keep SalesFlow available at all times and to minimise downtime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may perform scheduled maintenance and, where feasible, will provide advance notice through the application or by email.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SalesFlow and its provider are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the service during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Termination
You may terminate your account at any time through the application or by contacting support. Termination takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless required otherwise by law.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the service in a way that poses a security or legal risk.
Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases and your data will be deleted or anonymised in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Hungary, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.
